How Our Process Works

1. Send a photo or request a quick visit.
Snap a photo of your stump and text it to (208) 968-1697 — or request an in-person look if you prefer. Brett will give you a quick estimate based on visible conditions. No guesswork, no vague pricing — just a clear quote upfront.

2. Get your quote — no surprises.
We’ll measure the stump, check access, and talk through any cleanup options. Most stumps can be quoted from a simple photo, and we’ll note utilities or roots we’ll need to avoid. No hidden fees, no unclear “add-ons.”

3. Schedule your grind.
Once you’re ready, we’ll text you a time that fits your schedule. You don’t even need to be home if we have access to the stump area. We’ll always confirm everything ahead of time and show up exactly when we say we will.

4. We grind it clean.
We bring professional-grade equipment and grind 6–12 inches below ground level. Deeper grinds for replanting are available. We remove surface roots, minimize lawn disruption, and clean the work area so your yard looks tidy and ready for use.

5. Clean finish & easy payment.
Once the work is done, you can choose to keep the mulch or have it hauled away. We’ll make sure the area is smooth, level, and ready for grass, sod, or planting. You can pay via cash, card, online — whatever’s easiest for you.
